ORAS has been very kind to those who prefer to IV/nature/move/shiny breed their Pokemon. The Battle Resort has a Day Care with a very spacious area in front. Not only that, but there is also the Day Care right outside of Mauville City on Route 117 which happens to have a decent stretch of road. It will be easier for the IV breeders to hatch their Pokemon in the Battle Resort since the Judge is located within the Pokemon Center on the said island.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***If you want this to be a lot easier, I suggest that you keep a Pokemon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor(makes Pokemon hatch faster) and/or the move Fly (if you wish to breed your Pokemon on Route 117, you will need it to fly to the Battle Resort. You could always use the Eon Flute.) close at hand. Also, ride your bike a LOT to make this go by faster.***
***If you are bilingual and possess two versions of either or both Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, I suggest that you take advantage of your abilities and play them in different languages/regions. After all, it increases your chance of hatching shiny Pokemon by breeding two different language Pokemon.**
SUGGESTIONS - (Route 117) Once you have accumulated a lot of eggs, fly to the Battle Resort. Go to the sandy beach in front of the Day Care, and continuously ride your bike in circles until your eggs begin to hatch.
- Go to your settings and change the A button to the L button. This way, you only need on hand to play. It's just more convenient.
- Before you begin, give one of your Pokemon an Everstone, and give the other a Destiny Knot.
- The Everstone will pass down the nature of the Pokemon holding it to the baby.
- The Destiny Knot will pass down 5 random IV's of both parents, plus one randomly generated one.
- Take advantage of the marking system. It will be easier to keep tract of your Pokemon's perfect IV's.
- Use the Egg Hatching O Power as often as possible.
(Route 117) or (Battle Resort) means that you do this if this is where you chose to breed your Pokemon.

Alright. So you deposit your needed Pokemon and begin to hatch eggs. As you accumulate a lot of eggs, begin to deposit them into a box from either the Daycare or the Pokemon Center in (Route 117)Mauville City or the nearby (Battle Resort)Pokemon Center. Also, as soon as an egg hatches, deposit into a box as soon as possible. Do this until you have about a box full of Pokemon.
Once you have hatched all of the eggs in your one box, have a Pokemon fly you or have Latias/Latios take you to the (Route 117)Battle Resort. Have the Judge determine the IV's of all of your hatched Pokemon. Replace the higher IV Pokemon with one of the Pokemon in the daycare.
You more or less repeat this process until the desired Pokemon has been obtained.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have multiple games ***please read above***, you repeat this process until you reach a Pokemon with preferably 5 or 6 perfect IV's. Transfer or trade it to your second game and set it in the daycare. Transfer all necessary items until you are satisfied. You then continue the steps until you have obtained your desired Pokemon.
