I am certain that you are aware that it can be a real pain IV breeding in Pokemon X and Y. Conveniently, the Day Care is located along a lengthy path known as Riviere Walk or Route 7. On the other hand, the Judge (who tells you the IV's of your Pokemon) has been inconveniently set within the Kiloude City Pokemon Center. Here is what I do if I wish to IV breed my Pokemon. I hope that it assists you in your endeavors to obtain powerful Pokemon.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
***If you want this to be a lot easier, I suggest that you keep a Talonflame with the ability Flame Body (makes Pokemon hatch faster) and the move Fly (to travel to Kiloude City or to Lumiose City) close at hand. Also, ride your bike a LOT to make this go by faster.***
***If you are bilingual and possess two versions of either or both X and Y, I suggest that you take advantage of your abilities and play them in different languages/regions. After all, it increases your chance of hatching shiny Pokemon by breeding two different language Pokemon.**
SUGGESTIONS - Once you have accumulated a lot of eggs, fly or ride your bike to Lumiose City. Go to the center of the City near the Prism Tower, and continuously ride your bike around the tower by simply making your character continuously ride to the left or the right.
- Go to your settings and change the A button to the L button. This way, you only need on hand to play. It's just more convenient.
- Before you begin, give one of your Pokemon an Everstone, and give the other a Destiny Knot.
- The Everstone will pass down the nature of the Pokemon holding it to the baby.
- The Destiny Knot will pass down 5 random IV's of both parents, plus one randomly generated one.
- Take advantage of the marking system. It will be easier to keep tract of your Pokemon's perfect IV's.
- Use the Egg Hatching O Power as often as possible.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alright. So you deposit your needed Pokemon and begin to hatch eggs. As you accumulate a lot of eggs, begin to deposit them into a box from either the Daycare or the Pokemon Center in Camphrier Town. Also, as soon as an egg hatches, deposit into a box as soon as possible. Do this until you have about a box full of Pokemon.
Once you have hatched all of the eggs in your one box, have Talonflame fly you to Kiloude City. Have the Judge determine the IV's of all of your hatched Pokemon. Replace the higher IV Pokemon with one of the Pokemon in the daycare.
You more or less repeat this process until the desired Pokemon has been obtained.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have multiple games ***please read above***, you repeat this process until you reach a Pokemon with preferably 5 or 6 perfect IV's. Transfer or trade it to your second game and set it in the daycare. Transfer all necessary items until you are satisfied. You then continue the steps until you have obtained your desired Pokemon.
